Sometimes is is easy to get caught up thinking about the things that are wrong while forgetting that we are empowered to make changes to any situation. In every situation that troubles us, we have three choices: (1)  Accept it. (2) Change it. (3) Leave it. Exercising one of those options gives us a feeling of control and empowers us to make necessary changes. From there, we can focus on the positive aspects of the situation. Fix what's wrong.
