About Refreshment Zone
Refreshment, vision & hope are essential to innovation & imagination. Refreshment Zone was founded after my visit to the Mayo Clinic where I witnessed life's off-road journeys, bravery & optimism. My experience at Mayo, combined with my doctoral training in communication, fuels my hunger to make a difference in the lives of leaders - at work, at home & in our communities. Refreshment Zone was founded with that principle in mind.

Kathy's Refreshment: Digging in the dirt, playing catch with my dog, hanging with my kids, singing-harmonizing, and journaling bring me back into balance.
