Reset the Do-Over

Do you have a "do-over" moment from this past week?

  

It's that moment where you wish you had said less, said more, reacted differently, etc.? (When this happens to me, I re-play it like a bad movie that never stops running.)

 

What is it that you keep re-running in your mind? 

 

What did you learn about yourself? 

 

What did you learn that you can apply next time? 

 

Learn from it and move forward. Focusing on last week's moment prevents us from being present today.
