Celebrate Growth

We cannot not grow. Celebrate your growth - it is inevitable and positive. And yet growth can be challenging as we feel the stretch of it. Identify and eliminate any potential resistance (i.e., reset your point of attraction if your words, thoughts and actions are not aligned with your positive dreams). And then....invite growth - allow it - nurture it - get out of the way of it - refresh your thoughts about it - mark your progress - enjoy the beauty of it.
