Try not thinking....

Try not thinking for a while today....Sometimes it takes effort to stop making such an effort. Does that make sense? If it is hard to stop, remember to make time - take time - to rest and NOT think for just a little while today. Select something mindless to do - plant flowers, throw a ball, work on a puzzle....What is a mindless activity that allows you to rest? Go ahead and do a little bit of that today!
