It takes a lot of energy to hold on to anger. Anger takes our energy away from positive thoughts and actions. Forgiveness takes less energy than anger. Who have you been holding anger toward? What have you learned from this person that you did not know before (look for positive lessons). Set an intention to release your anger before you go to sleep tonight ~ in your mind, thank them for the lesson learned and give them a rose. Do this every night.
