Refresh with Intentional Rest

We work so hard. We think so hard. We need to be sure to create time to refresh ourselves - we think about others and pour from our reserves while forgetting to refill. "Intentional rest" can happen in 3-5 minutes (taking longer when you can). It can be simple - stretch, walk, listen, dance, breathe, hug, smile. Find your rest - refresh yourself each day with intention. ~Kathy~
